Guys thank you so much for taking such good care of us last week, so many memories, so many laughs and yes definitely some pain.... in fact I'm still having problems with my legs, oh and I had to go and buy some new bras...ha...ha... nothing fits!!

We made up a Boot Camp Song but unfortunately never got to sing it, so......

We're at Boot Camp, we're in pain.
But no pain, we get no gain!

We're at Boot Camp, we don't care.
The man in the front he has no hair!

Another bloody circuit is our aim!
