Hi ladies!
Well its not long now until we are all in Devon and enjoying the Ultimate Boot Camp Experience! You never know - maybe the sun will join us ![]() Just a little hint - ease up on the caffeine and the alcohol if you can - it will make it easier for you whilst on camp as we do not have either on the weekend! If you have new walking boots, make sure you spend some time wearing them in a little to minimise the chance of blisters... If you have any questions regarding travel, kit or just what to expect on the camp please do not hesitate to either post a question on the forum (it may well help other recruits as well) or give the office a call - its what we are here for! Looking forward to seeing you all very soon, Sam

Hi March ladies,
We're really looking forward to seeing you all for the Ultimate Weekend starting in just over a week. We have some great activities planned for you all so bring stacks of energy, the kit that's on the list and most importantly yourselves, and we'll get you fired up and motivated for the year ahead with whatever you want to achieve. Take care and call, email or use the forum if you have any questions. See you soon, Jon |

Hello Fellow March Ladies,
Just a little note for anyone travelling on Friday along the A303, the closure, in both directions, on this road has caused so much chaos its worth allowing plenty of time for the diversion if you are travelling between the A350 and A371. See you there. |

Hello Gang,
Big thank you for a fab weekend, I know you are really busy with the show, but would one of you just do me a quick favour, would you please let me know how heavy the red tipped weight bar is? Have cordoned off a little corner of my field for my circuits and the weight bar is the last thing that I need to get sorted (kettle bell and medicine ball are in the post) Thank you and have a great show. Cheers Sue xxx (we took a great team shot at the end, which I shall post as soon as you get our date uploaded, and I will send you them on a disc too) |

Fiona,
You are SO right, carrying my ball to the top of my field (all uphill) nearly finished me off, and you were SO great at that on the dunes on the beach - you were like superwoman!...Now where did I put that tractor tyre????? |

Thanks Jon, was just going to order one but not sure whether to get 6kg or 7kg?? (don't really want to look too much like Geoff Capes!!!) what do you suggest?
Note to self: when being creative and using a breeze block for your lateral jump part of your circuits, make sure you ALWAYS clear it, cos you don't have a lot of skin on your ankle at all!!! Hey Becky, don't forget to let us have that lovely new soup recipe when you have a minute, thanks hun x |
